I love having a fixed mortgage. Not worrying about rent hikes in the crazy housing market here in Central Oregon makes budgeting easy.

We’re a pretty close knit community. The kids all play basketball in the cul-de-sac.

We have room for my parents to visit, and my granddaughter has a playroom!

I don’t have to share my bed with my brother anymore.

It’s a brand new home. It stays warm.
